Our privacy promise

We collect only the information needed to process and track a customer request. This website does not accept document uploads. Customer and Admin records are protected from automatic deletion. If storage reaches a warning level, an Admin may first export all log details to Excel and then confirm cleanup of the matching closed history. Active requests, pending payments, open queries, active sessions, services, settings and lifetime totals remain protected.

What we collect

Name, mobile number, email if provided, selected service, address if provided, and a short description of the requested work.

What we do not collect

This website does not accept Aadhaar, PAN, certificates, photos or any other file uploads. Never enter OTP, PIN, password or full document numbers in a text field.

Protected request handling

Active customer requests are never included in cleanup. Closed history can be removed only during a storage warning, after an Admin downloads a verified full-detail Excel backup and confirms the matching cleanup. The lifetime completed-work count remains permanent and does not decrease.
